Happiest New Year!

Hopefully you have missed me or at least missed receiving an issue of
ARISE! for over a month:-) There's a reason for that, and one that I
hope you will take advantage of, at no cost to you.

I have been working almost non-stop for nearly 3 months on a project
that I am very proud of and one which I feel will positively impact your
life.

I have started a podcast. Actually, 2 of them. The shows are short and
are called "Your 1 Minute or so Mentor Message" and "Your 10 Minute
or so Mentor Message".

If you don't know what a podcast is, read on. If you do, you can skip to
the end.

A podcast is really an Internet radio show, except you listen at
your leisure. Podcasting IS where the Internet is going and both Bill
Gates and Steve Jobs have invested billions - yes, billions - of dollars
in the technology.

In simple terms a podcast is an audio file delivered directly to you. You
can listen on your way to work or while playing or relaxing or working
out...on your MP3 player or I-pod or computer. You can listen now or
listen at a later time.

You will need what's called a RSS Reader (or podcasting client) and
there are many to choose from (search 'RSS Reader' in Google) or
here's a simple tutorial (with videos) that shows you how to install/use
a reader called Juice:
